QUOTATIONS AND ORDERS
Orders are accepted after specifications, price, delivery arrangements and payment terms are confirmed in writing.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Customers must approve dimensions, drawings, finishes, electrical requirements and installation conditions before production. Later changes may affect price and schedule.
DELIVERY AND INSPECTION
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Products must be inspected promptly on arrival and visible damage documented before installation.
RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Returns, damage claims and warranty requests are governed by the applicable published policies, order confirmation and applicable law.
