Sun Queen Mirror products are prepared and packed to the specifications confirmed for each order. Production and delivery arrangements vary by product size, quantity, destination and project requirements.
Production and Dispatch
Estimated production and dispatch timing is provided in the written quotation or order confirmation. Custom production begins after the required specifications, drawings and payment terms have been approved.
Delivery Charges
Freight, handling, insurance and any destination-related charges are confirmed before the order is accepted. Additional costs caused by restricted access, redelivery, storage or changes requested after confirmation may be charged separately.
Delivery and Access
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and confirming that access is suitable for the product dimensions and delivery method. Installation is not included unless it is expressly stated in the order confirmation.
Inspection on Arrival
Please inspect all packages and products promptly on arrival. Record visible damage on the carrier’s delivery document and take clear photographs of the packaging and product before installation. Keep the original packaging while a delivery issue is being reviewed.
Delays
Delivery dates are estimates unless a date is expressly guaranteed in writing. We will provide updates when a material delay becomes known, but timing may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, access conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
