Sun Queen Mirror stands behind the workmanship, finish and clarity of its mirrors. Unless a quotation or order confirmation states otherwise, eligible manufacturing defects reported within two years of delivery will be reviewed for repair, refinishing or replacement.
What Is Covered
Confirmed defects in materials or workmanship under normal indoor use, subject to inspection and the specifications agreed for the order.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, handling, cleaning or storage.
- Impact, moisture, electrical supply problems or unauthorized modification.
- Normal variation in handmade finishes, natural materials or approved samples.
- Damage reported after installation without delivery photographs or supporting evidence.
To request assistance, contact us with the order reference, photographs and a description of the issue. Remedies are assessed case by case and do not include unrelated installation or consequential costs unless agreed in writing.
