How long does mirror production take?
Lead time depends on specifications and order quantity. An estimated schedule is included in the quotation or order confirmation. Can customized mirrors be returned?
Made-to-order products generally cannot be returned for preference changes. Damage, incorrect supply and confirmed defects are handled under the applicable return and warranty policies.

LED vs regular bathroom mirror: what should I specify?
Decide whether integrated lighting is required. For an LED design, ask for the lighting configuration, controls, electrical requirements and installation documentation. How to clean an anti-fog mirror?
Follow the cleaning and care instructions supplied for the selected mirror. Confirm which cleaners and methods are permitted for the glass, finish, controls and edges. Anti-fog care does not mean that every part of an electrical mirror can be wetted; follow the model instructions and do not open electrical components for routine cleaning.
