Mirror production time depends on the selected specification, order quantity and customization requirements. Sun Queen Mirror confirms an estimated schedule in the quotation or order confirmation. There is no single number of days that should be applied to every mirror, sample or OEM program.
Define the Order Before Asking for a Date
Provide the mirror dimensions, shape, finish, lighting requirements and quantities by configuration. Identify whether the inquiry is for a sample, a selected one-piece custom project or a repeat production order. Include the destination and required arrival date so the whole project schedule can be discussed.
Confirm When the Schedule Starts
Ask what must be approved before the quoted production period begins. This may involve the agreed specification, design review or sample arrangements for the particular order. Record the applicable conditions in the quotation or confirmation rather than assuming that timing starts with the first inquiry.
Keep Production and Delivery Separate
A production estimate is not automatically an arrival date. Confirm the packing arrangements, transport plan and destination separately. A hotel or contractor should also allow for receiving checks and site installation when planning a handover. Ask the team to distinguish these stages in the project discussion.
Review Changes Before Approving Them
If the dimensions, finish, lighting or quantities change, request a revised schedule. Start with the existing collections, use OEM / ODM support for a production brief, or review the one-piece custom guide. Send the agreed requirements through our Contact page to confirm the timing for your order.
